| Our home was a Waterfront FSBO in Rindge, NH and Lisa agressively marketed it for us before we listed with her. She brought us a buyer which didn't work out as they had a home to sell which never sold. She then brought us back this same buyer a month later and we sold it at a higher price then the previous month. She was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
